The competition identifies promising technology-based business ideas from foreign entrepreneurs and aspiring founders. A total of 10 winning teams will be selected through document screening and presentation evaluations. Participants will also receive consulting and follow-up support to strengthen their startup capabilities.

외국인 창업자 및 예비창업자의 우수한 기술창업 아이템을 발굴하고, 서류평가와 발표평가를 통해 총 10개 수상팀을 선정합니다. 참가팀의 사업계획과 기술·아이디어를 평가하며, 창업 역량 강화를 위한 컨설팅과 후속 지원을 제공합니다.

• Foreign nationals legally residing in Korea who wish to start a technology-based business, including aspiring founders.

• 기술창업을 희망하는 합법 체류 외국인 창업자 및 예비창업자

• For team applications, the team leader must be a foreign national, and the team must have no more than 5 members, including the leader.

• 팀으로 참가하는 경우 팀장은 외국인이어야 하며, 팀장 포함 5인 이내로 구성

1. Download the required forms from the Global Startup Immigration Center website: https://www.oasis-kmac.kr/

2. Complete the application form, pledge, personal information collection and use consent form, and business plan, and prepare the supporting documents.

• Document screening: Select twice the number of final award recipients based on business plan evaluations.

• Customized consulting: Business model consulting and investor pitch mentoring for teams that pass document screening.

• Presentation evaluation and awards ceremony: Scheduled for December 7, 2026 (Mon), at Lotte Tower, Jamsil.

• 1차 서류평가: 사업계획서 심사를 통해 최종 시상 규모의 2배수 선발

• 맞춤형 컨설팅: 1차 평가 통과팀 대상 비즈니스 모델 컨설팅 및 IR 발표 멘토링

• 2차 발표평가 및 시상식: 2026년 12월 7일(월), 잠실 롯데타워 예정

• OASIS-6 Certificate of Completion issued to award winners.

• 30 points recognized under a mandatory category for the D-8-4 technology startup visa application.

• Customized follow-up consulting for interested award winners, covering visa applications, marketing, startup accounting, legal matters, and patents.

※ For joint participation, the 30 OASIS-6 points are divided by the number of participating team members.

• 수상자 대상 OASIS-6 교육이수증 발급

• 기술창업비자(D-8-4) 신청 시 필수항목 점수 30점 인정

• 수상자 중 희망자 대상 비자 발급, 마케팅, 창업회계, 법률·특허 등 맞춤형 사후관리 컨설팅 지원

※ 팀으로 참가하여 수상하는 경우 OASIS-6 점수는 공동 참가 인원수로 나누어 인정됩니다.

Total prize money: KRW 26 million for 10 teams

• Grand Prize: 1 team — KRW 10 million

• First Prize: 2 teams — KRW 3 million per team

• Excellence Award: 3 teams — KRW 2 million per team

• Encouragement Award: 4 teams — KRW 1 million per team

※ Awards are presented in the name of the CEO of KMAC.※ Prize money is paid after applicable taxes and charges are deducted. The award structure is subject to change.

• 대상: 1팀, 상금 1,000만 원

• 최우수상: 2팀, 팀당 상금 300만 원

• 우수상: 3팀, 팀당 상금 200만 원

• 장려상: 4팀, 팀당 상금 100만 원
